In 2015, LNS was ISO-certified in 14001 Environmental Management, and is regularly audited and checked in everything it does and works actively to improve systems to reduce impact on the climate and environment. From 1 January 2023, LNS started its sustainability reporting using the GRI standard in accordance with the UN's Sustainability Goals.
To implement this, we have strict procedures and extensive planning for the external environment. Before the project starts, a climate budget is drawn up with a long-term perspective. The climate budget is optimised, which often leads to further cuts in emissions using innovative solutions.
All exploration and development projects affect nature through their intervention. We work to ensure that our impact is as small as possible. This is done, among other things, by optimizing and minimizing the area occupied in the design. We set requirements so that they also comply with regulatory limits and consideration zones.
